YoVision Creative Studio is committed to creativity that respects human dignity and protects people, especially children.
Right to refuse harmful projects
YoVision may decline a project when it reasonably believes the requested work would promote, enable, or facilitate:
- Violence, credible threats, abuse, stalking, or targeted harassment.
- Child abuse, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or endangerment.
- Sexual content involving minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, theft, or deceptive practices intended to harm others.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery or harmful misuse of someone’s likeness or private information.
- Other unlawful activity or a reasonably foreseeable, substantial risk to someone’s safety.
This policy applies to websites, templates, music, books, comics, videos, artwork, advertising, and other creative services.
Review and enforcement
YoVision may request clarification about a project’s purpose or intended use. Decisions will be made in good faith based on the requested work, client conduct, and available information.
If a concern arises after work begins, YoVision may pause the affected work while reviewing it. Any termination, payment accounting, or refund will follow the signed agreement and applicable law. This policy does not authorize automatic forfeiture of all payments.
Fair treatment
YoVision applies this policy consistently and does not refuse service based on a characteristic protected by applicable law.
Responsible storytelling
Depicting difficult subjects in legitimate fiction, education, prevention, or reporting does not automatically violate this policy. YoVision will consider the purpose, context, and likely use of the work.
