Copyright and Content Permissions Policy

Published October 15, 2026

YoVision Creative Studio respects creators’ rights. Clients and visitors must use pictures, music, writing, video, code, and other materials lawfully.

Materials supplied by clients

Before submitting materials, clients must own the necessary rights, have permission or a license covering the intended use, or identify another valid legal basis, such as public-domain status or an applicable legal exception. YoVision may ask for supporting information before using material. Finding something online, giving credit, or purchasing a personal-use copy does not by itself establish permission for business use.

Do not submit pirated files, unauthorized copies, or material that misrepresents who created or owns it. Clients remain responsible for accurately describing the source, permissions, and intended use of supplied content.

Permission to work with your content

Submitting content for a project does not transfer its ownership to YoVision. You authorize YoVision to access, copy, edit, and share that material with necessary project service providers only as reasonably needed to evaluate and complete your requested work, subject to the agreed scope and applicable licenses. Public portfolio use requires separate permission. Do not upload confidential material unless its handling has been agreed.

YoVision work, templates, and portfolio

Copyrightable studio materials belong to their respective owners. Viewing a portfolio example or hearing a song does not grant a commercial-use license. Template use is governed by the license supplied with that template; permission to use a template for a business does not automatically allow resale or redistribution of the template itself.

Ownership, licensing, delivery, and any transfer of rights in commissioned work are governed by the signed project agreement. This policy does not change existing agreements, claim ownership of client materials, or restrict uses permitted by law. Third-party assets, open-source components, and licensed materials retain their own terms.

Music, video, and commercial use

Commercial use of a song, recording, photograph, or video must be covered by the necessary permissions for the particular use. Music can involve separate rights in the composition and the recording. Clearance for one use does not necessarily cover advertising, video synchronization, distribution, samples, or other uses. YoVision confirms any offered license and its limits in writing; no blanket commercial permission is granted by this website.

AI-assisted materials

AI tools do not remove obligations to respect others’ rights or comply with provider terms. Commercial-use permission from an AI service is separate from copyright ownership. Under U.S. Copyright Office guidance, protection depends on sufficient human authorship; purely AI-generated expression is not protected by copyright. YoVision does not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated elements. Any relevant tool-license restrictions must be reviewed for the intended project.

Fair use and public-domain works

Public-domain materials and uses permitted by copyright law may be allowed. Fair use depends on the circumstances; there is no automatic safe number of seconds, words, or percentage. YoVision may request clarification or decline uncertain material rather than make a legal determination for a client.

Questions and infringement concerns

Email yovisioncreativestudio@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright concern.” Identify the original work, the exact YoVision page or material at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, your contact information, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Please do not send sensitive identity documents.

YoVision will review good-faith concerns and may request clarification, pause work, or restrict disputed material while reviewing. Decisions, contract termination, and refunds remain subject to applicable law and the signed agreement. This contact process is not a claim that YoVision has registered a DMCA designated agent or qualifies for statutory safe-harbor protection.
